My name is Oloyede Yusuff Kolade,
I was born and raised in Iseyin, Iseyin local government in the early 90s, I am a native of Komu, Itesiwaju Local government and over the years, I have remained deeply connected to our great communities(Iseyin and Itesiwaju)
MY EDUCATION BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
My educational journey began at Baptist Secondary Grammar School, Koso Iseyin, followed by my ND & HND in Surveying and Geoinformatics from the Federal School of Surveying, Oyo.
I further pursued a B.Tech in Surveying and Geoinformatics at Bells University of Technology, Ota, Ogun State.
CAREER
Oloyede Yusuff Kolade is a Registered Surveyor, Entrepreneur, and Aspiring politician.
With years of experience in surveying and geoinformatics,
he has worked with the Lagos State Government at office of the state surveyor general (2015 – 2023).
He is currently the Managing Partner of YusKol Geomatics Consult Limited, a firm specializing in surveying and real estate services.
He is an active member of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors and the Association of Private Practicing Surveyors of Nigeria.
MY ASPIRATION
I am passionate about the growth and development of Iseyin and Itesiwaju Local Governments,
My vision is to bring effective representation, youth empowerment, infrastructural development, and improved governance to our people.
Work Experience
I am a Registered Surveyor with years of experience in both the public and private sectors.
I served with the Lagos State Government from 2015 to 2023.
I am a proud member of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS) and the Association of Private Practicing Surveyors of Nigeria (APPSN), Lagos State.
Currently, I am the CEO/Managing Partner of YusKol Geomatics Consult Limited, a surveying, project management and real estate services firm based in Lagos State. Through this role, I have gained firsthand experience in business management, infrastructural development, and problem-solving—skills that are essential for effective governance.
